Natural fiber yarns can sometimes "bleed" - this means that the yarn can still have residual pigments from the dye, which then dissolve and rub off during knitting or the first wash. If this happens, experience shows that it is mainly with dark or strong colors. We therefore recommend washing the yarn or the textile knitted from it separately during the first wash; there should be no further "bleeding" after that.
